Languedoc has been called France’s answer to the New World. Improvements in viticulture and vinification have resulted in some excellent quality, great value, fruit driven wines being produced. The villages in the Saint Chinian appellation nestle in the foothills of the Cevennes, and, although not as well known as other areas in Languedoc, are producing some very exciting wines from quality conscious Domaines.

Domaine Des Pradels is a small family owned 15 hectares estate, situated in the picturesque hamlet of Le Priou in the hills just north of Saint Chinian. The ancient schist soils impart their unique characteristics to these award winning red wines from the Quartironi family.
